Great spot for baked goods. I frequently stop by to get bread for sandwiches. Staff are always super kind and helpful. I recently received a lovely basket that was from Parati Bakery full of goodies (pastries, jam, drinks, fruit, and more). Perfect gift option!
I was very well served by Camila and had a delicious, generously filled and warm sandwich. The Pastel de Belém was delightful. I come back whenever I can.
I have been a long time customer and the customer service of the new owner was atrocious. I had ordered 2 dozen natas the day before from Gabriel, to ensure I could get my order by 4 pm. I had my doubts on the phone....and it was with good reason. I walked in and Gabriel questioned me....'What pick up?' The order I placed for 4 pm today. 'For what?' 2 dozen natas. He proceeds to put what he had in a box, then said, 'I only have 18.' That's why I called ahead, so you would have 24 ready for me!! 'I can give you a discount.' So what happened to my order!!!! No apology either. I had no other choice but to take the discount, as I needed them. He made a very bad first impression on me and it is obvious he does not feel customer service is important. Well it certainly is to me and to top it all off....he could not even COUNT either!!!!! He only gave me 17!!!

I've always seen this place walking down to to the vet and decided to finally go in today, and I'm so glad I did. I picked up 3 orange tarts and 3 Portugese egg tarts and they are to die for. I can't wait to go again and try more things!
This little bakery on Kerr street in Oakville is an exquisite place that should be visited by all. Their breads and sweets are amazingly amazing and the service has to be rated a 5*****. Cristina an Jorge have done an unbelievable job attending to the public and are a couple loved by manny and friends as good friends can be Recently they have changed their menu and added to it new sweets and delicious “bifanas”. Way to go!!!
I was browsing on Kerr Street today and thought I would pop in to this little bakery and I selected a few items and once it was packaged and I went to pay with my visa the owner told me that they only take cash or debit. I didn’t have either so I apologized and expected to leave empty-handed but the owner told me to take the items and to come back when I was in the area next and not to make a special trip for it. She said “we are all in this together and I hope you enjoy these treats”. I was so appreciative. Cristina is lovely and she has some delicious baked goods (I can attest to the custard tart being out of this world) and at 11 AM on Sunday she was almost sold out of bread so I assume her breads are excellent.
