This establishment from my experience was unreliable had terrible customer service and didn’t accommodate or own their mistake. I can’t speak for the taste of their cupcakes or atmosphere since they screwed up that terribly to be able to say. It ruined and stressed me out for the event I was trying to put together. Wouldn’t recommend using them for something very important. I was told I had until a certain day to put my custom cup cake order in . I called that morning to finalize the details and was told I could not get a customize order anymore. Only a regular order because everything was booked up. I responded back with this isn’t fair , is there really no accommodations going to be made for your screw up? She then giggled and hung up the phone. I then emailed them to talk to the owner or at least someone who could take responsibility and not be a child. The person emailed me back and defended her awful customer service and didn’t care to accommodate me. This lead to huge frustration and stress. I ended up using Anna cupcakes in Oakville. She is very professional and made my cupcakes happen very fast and was WAY more reasonably priced.
We could not be more pleased with the beautiful cake decorated exactly as I wanted. The taste was sensational. Salty caramel . I recommend this amazing cake shop to everyone. All our guests were thrilled . Thanks so much to Natalie and all the team.
We ordered an eggless butterscotch cake and it was just banana bread which is too hard. Frosting also is so sweet and thick. Couldn’t even finish half the cake
An Oakville must try! Everything at this bakery is delicious, and coming from someone who has worked in different bakeries trust me! The butter tarts are like no other, and the oatmeal cookies are a fan favourite. The butterscotch cupcakes are so good too! I have also ordered cakes and the team was so accommodating. It was exactly what we ordered, but even better than we had hoped! Everything I have gotten has always been super fresh, including the discounted day olds which are still delicious. Ashley (the owner) is an absolute doll. She is very professional and great at what she does. Everything is fairly and competitively priced, but for what you are getting you won’t regret a penny. This place is truly iconic :)
A small and cute bakery, they have amazing cupcakes! I had the butter tart and it was pretty good. The place can get busy at times. There's a couple chairs there so you can enjoy the view. There's also a couple nick nacks you can buy at the store front. The one staff lady didn't seem to be too happy there but maybe it was just a bad early morning for them. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
