This location has consistently let me down. They do not have items a lot of other stores have, and their hours are so bad. Why is it that this is the only Coco that opens at 1pm every day? Why are you always out of stock of things or run out of Brown Sugar Pearls near the end of the day?

I’ve ordered for pick up a couple of times, and it’s always been made fast and well. The place looks clean, and is usually quiet. The baristas are welcoming

love it here!!! go to is mango fruit tea with strawberry popping boba or coconut jelly!! so delish!! worker is always super friendly and quick!! they have a points system through the app and also give discount if you have a presto card!!

kieu was such a lovely lady, made very wonderful and tasty drinks. very cheerful, customer oriented, and all around pleasant to talk to. highly recommend coming here!

This place is clean and inviting. Great customer service, she was really nice and answered all my questions about the pearls used in drinks. I also got a free taste test on the Brown sugar pearl milk tea

The guy working was so grumpy, we felt like we were inconveniencing him by ordering a few bubble teas. Especially compared to my usual place (Boba Green Fresh Fruit Smoothies on Rebecca) who gives you the BEST customer service, welcomes you and says see you next time. We left talking about how brutal it was, seriously. The drinks were good (Taro Milk & Strawberry Latte.) Wish they had more flavour options for Jelly.

I went there a few days ago and it was a pretty good experience. The place is nice and quiet, very good service, and a fair choice of drinks. I got the Creme brulee milk tea and it was good and it was fairly priced.
