This place has THE BEST BOBA EVER, my favorite being the Chaitime Pearl Milk Tea. The staff is so nice, friendly and helpful. My friends and I always think of Chaitime when ever we want to hang out because of the games and THE MOST COMFORTABLE COUCH I HAVE EVER SAT ON! I love this store and its staff
hey there i would like to make little complaint, we do not want any refund or make things difficult but maybe check the due date of the milk or any ingredient that you guys put for any type of milk tea. we bought 6 drink last saturday 18, october 2025. includes 2 triple milk tea 1 roasted tea, 1 milk tea with pearl which is all with regular milk. and the 2 was with oat milk which we was okay. the next day morning time after we drank this we all of sudden vommiting none stop, high fever, and diarrhea. we do not have any other food/drink before or after we drink these. the doctor told us to let the store knows so they’ll be more careful. so i’m a bit concerned and just hope nobody get the same sickness we had right now.
Good deco and good vibe. But the drinks are quite average. Ordered one Passionfruit drink, which is different from what I saw in menu. No seed in the drink. Also, Chatime menu doesn't have surprise as always. Very ordinary drinks.
On Saturday morning there's a beautiful and friendly young female that makes my visit pleasant so I keep going back. The ambiance on this location is cozy, vibrant and familiar. The Boba tea selection is great and it tastes great.
Tasty drinks and great customer service. The employee helped me put my straw in while keeping the top half of the straw wrapper on. I appreciated his friendliness while maintaining hygiene.
Extremely slow service. Waited for a drink 30 mins because they only had one person. The store looked empty but I guess people had ordered ahead. They need more staff.
