Incredible drinks! I got the mango cloud and my partner got strawberry snow. Perfect levels of sweet and fruit flavours. Super friendly staff and will definitely come back
The Egg waffles are a must try! It’s always made fresh and not too sweet, which I really love. It comes with toppings of your choice with extra upcharge but plain icecream’s good enough. While the Oreo drink is for the bf, creamy but too sweet for us, although a must try if you haven’t. We all have different tastebuds anyway lol The place has convenient parking, inside has a lot of room and staff were friendly. We would visit again to try other things! 8/10
Drinks were prepared fast and service was friendly! Got one of my regular orders, Magic Cube, and was not disappointed! I'm also excited to see their partnership with Nonna Lia. Definitely plan to come back again for bbt and tiramisu.
Avoid busy hour like 3-4pm. The service is slow and sloppy. Waited 40 mins to get the waffle and tea. The staff forgot the order until you remind them. It was chaotic.

Being very picky with my boba as well as the drink quality, I’ve tried a lot of bubble tea places. This is by far the most consistently and satisfying. I usually get the ginger milk tea with boba (which has real ginger added) and my kids get the Pearl latte. Each time I try a new place, I’m disappointed. This is now our family’s go to.
