My fave bubble tea spot !! The staff are super nice, and the monthly specials are a refreshing way to add variety even for the frequent customer. No other place makes probiotic drinks as good, especially with sago! And if you go in the winter months, the crème brûlée boba is a MUST try
Great location with amazing staff that makes me want to come back. They are always so nice and accommodating to my drinks with so many adjustments. They are super patient and the aesthetics of the place are cool with the post-its.
Small location but you can tell from the wall of post-it that they have a lot of fans. Service is always courteous and speedy. Great quality and texture Boba.
Just ordered a November special medium jasmine pearl milk tea...they gave me black tea instead, maybe they thought I wouldn't be able to tell the difference?...I asked for less ice and less pearls...they gave me lots of ice and pearls. Im not sure how this coco manages to make so many mistakes with their drink orders. This location is close to my house so I'm rooting for them to do better T_T
Went to this store today ( Saturday) morning right after opening. Ordered bubble gaga drink and it was great as usual. Main reason for my review is customer service that girl provided.. I don’t know her name but she treat me really well and serve me exactly what I wanted..Will be back soon
Worst customer service from the front cash employee today went in at around 5:45pm ordered two drinks. The girl at the front had attitude and a bad look to customers when we are deciding what to order. This place is also racist to their customers. To top it all off their public washroom which is facing the public and a part of the front store is NOT AVAILABLE for customers. Will not come back to this location again and I have family and friends who will also be avoiding.
Firstly the service was horrible, i was not being treated with kindness at all. J wanted ti ask a question about the promotion and the worker was speaking to me in a very unkind manner and attitude only because i had a question about the offer. If your going ti open a business then my only advice is to open it with kindness.
