Very very bad customer service, we went an evening to get something with my friend. We said hi, ... no reply nothing, we said again hello, nothing, then we insisted she said nothing, and then she is busy, since when saying hi required more. We even asked ourselves is related to our scarves we wore.... we left of course.
NOT GOOD!! I uber eated this and it looked nothing nor tasted nothing like how it was described. They never get your order right! I tried calling multiple times but they didn’t answer not once!
The bubble tea was good, but the customer service was terrible. I visited this location with a group of friends, and the cashier (young female) was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When we asked to see the ingredients for the jelly and boba, she slammed the jar onto the counter and rolled her eyes several times while taking our order. It was our first time here, and the experience felt very unwelcoming. Definitely not the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Also I’m not sure why asking for clarification was met with so much attitude…some people don’t get bubble tea often…nothing wrong with asking questions.
The lady that works there, i think she’s the owner, is amazing. incredible nice and friendly. all the staff are nice and always get my order right. this has been my go to bubble tea place since they’ve opened. definitely recommend giving them a try!! Plus the pet store that they own right beside is super cute! definitely check it out while you’re waiting for your drink!
I often order from this place on Uber. I love the doodles the staff draw on the bags. Even when I leave a note on my order, the staff respond with doodles too it really makes my day!?
I had an amazing experience with the drinks. The fruit tea was really fresh. The staff were friendly. They served very quickly and professionally. My favorites were the Mango Passion Fruit Green Tea and the Cookies and Cream. They were excellent
This is a very dishonest restaurant. Not only do they skimp on the products, but their service attitude is also terrible. I ordered two drinks through Uber Eats and selected the lowest ice level, "little ice." The drinks I received were 2/3 full of ice. This is not the first time they have done this. When I called to complain, their response was, "Why didn't you choose no ice?" When I told them there was no option for no ice, they replied, "Next time, you can write no ice in the remarks," and then they hung up.
