such delicious menu items i am a big fan of this place. usually i uber eats but i visited in person recently and its a wonderful atmosphere with such a kind and welcoming team. i love their redbull drinks!!
Gotch Bubble Tea on Upper Middle is a nice spot to enjoy refreshing bubble tea. The shop has a clean and pleasant atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and polite, which makes the experience even better. We tried a couple of drinks and overall enjoyed the flavours and quality. One small issue was that we requested one of our teas without ice, but it still came with ice, so attention to detail could be improved. Other than that, everything was good. It’s a convenient place to stop by when you’re craving bubble tea, and we would consider visiting again.
I really like this bbt shop. Wish they had a cash discount sign at the kiosk though I didn't realize until after I paid. They have good deals. The mango parfait was fun.
The drinks are good. But they always forgot to put crystal boba in the drink, I paid for it but not get it. I order in Uber and they missed few times and even I order in person at the store they still forgot to put crystal boba in for me, but I paid for that ! Sad

I explored their house special desserts like Mango Sensation and Purple Delight this New Year 2025 and it was so delightful. My mom and I savored the sweet moments that dessert brings. It was not too sweet but it's good! They also have a great selection of Bubble Milk Tea and for sure you're gonna love it!
A step above most bubble tea spots. As so many begin to pop up, you wonder where to go. Gotcha Oakville has great customer service provided in an amazing clean and well decorated environment. Tony one of the owners is very kind.
