Good service. Customer service is very good. They listen to you and advise accordingly. One thing they can improve is on giving same offer to all customers on one day. Overall they are good.
All of your employees shouldn’t be busy doing phone sign ups. One of them should be checking out normal walk-in customers. I feel like this is obvious. Multiple customers waiting. This is why people don’t go to stores anymore.
I had an amazing experience at Best Buy thanks to Adriyaan. He was super helpful, patient, and really knew his stuff. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they leave satisfied. It’s rare to find customer service like this nowadays Adriyaan definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re at Best Buy!
