I would like to see more companies available than the big ones but other than that I always enjoy talking to them cuz they always give me a better deal than the company is offering me that I'm with. I just recently got the phone Ive been wanting for a while, the google pixel 9 in Peony. When I say that I really wouldn’t have gotten it without the help from Komal I mean it. I expressed my interest in this phone awhile back and Komal made sure to check in with me about it. Possibly the best shopping experience I have ever had. My wife and I went to upgrade our phones and to make changes to our plan. Our sales rep Shashank was so professional and friendly that he made the experience a joy. In addition to dealing with our phone upgrades he also was able to reduce the costs of my plan. The amount of time he spent with us to finish the transaction and make sure everything was taken care of well past the closing time of the mall made us think that we were truly valued as customers. An incredible experience and I highly recommend going to the WOW mobile booth specifically at Oakville Place.
Had an amazing time experience with Hitesh. He gave me the best deal on a new iphone and was super helpful with the data transfer. Hitesh was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He stayed back even after the mall closed down to ensure that I was satisfied, my mobile data was transferred. That’s what I call outstanding customer service! Will recommend to friends and definitely return here next time for a new phone.
I got a new phone here the other month. I was told the $60 connection fee would be waived. When I got my first bill it was on there, so I called the store and they told me if it wasn't taken off the first bill, it will be taken off the second or I'll be credited. Just received my second bill, and it wasn't taken off and I was never credited.
