I had the pleasure of purchasing a new phone with the help of Jel. She is amazing and very helpful in catering my needs and suggested different types of plans and also helped me pick the right amount on how much I wanted to spend on the phone. She is delightful, pleasant and was very patient with me and didn't mind or hesitate in taking the time in answering all of my questions. Tawfiq and Kunal were also very professional and provided me with alot of answers to my questions. This is not the first time I have purchased a phone from this location it's my 5th and I have found out that this team is caring and always know what they are talking about when it comes to phones. They always have great service, specials and smiles and good attitudes to go along, which is why I am a repeat customer. Thanks again for giving me a great experience today yet again.

I had a really pleasant experience at TBooth wireless in the Oakville Place today. I did not expect that I will get such great customer service at this booth. I just did an inquiry and ended up getting three mobiles all because of the way Wafa and Usman patiently answered all our questions and assisted us with all our inquiries. I was in the mall with my father just to do a quick pick up for an online order. I am glad I stopped to interact at this booth. Usman assisted us with all the initial inquiries. Throughout our interaction, he was always looking for the solution to our problems and had a very pleasant and positive attitude. Then Wafa assisted with all the details including logistics and the paperwork. There were some complications in our case, and Wafa handled these extremely well. She was very professional and knew what needs to be done at all times. I was very impressed by the quality of the service we received at this place. I felt the human touch rather than monotonous dealing at this place. Will be going back for services in the future too. If you have any mobile related requirements or are looking to switch your provider, I highly recommend stopping at this booth.
