The representative had me on a list and would call me if any promos came about. Very happy he did that because I ended up with a great deal. Very nice, friendly and helpful.
Warning! I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with employees at The Mobile Shop. I believe I was misled and misinformed by two employees, Sonali and Raina, who approached me a few weeks ago while I was shopping at Superstore. They told me that if I changed my phone plan, I would get a better deal along with more PC Optimum points. They clearly stated that there would be no additional charges and that the plan would remain the same—just better benefits. However, that turned out to be completely false. Fido ended up charging me for the plan change, and the new plan is not the same as the one I previously had. I’m now paying extra charges that I was told would not apply. To make matters worse, when I try to contact The Mobile Shop using the phone number provided, no one answers. And when I call Fido, they tell me to go back to the store to resolve the issue. So, my question to Fido is: Why are you allowing third-party stores to represent your brand and offer misleading or fake promotions? Sonali and Raina — what you did is wrong. Scamming customers may work once or twice, but it won’t work forever. You should be held accountable for your actions. And to the store management — on what basis are you hiring people who clearly do not understand their responsibilities or the impact of misinforming customers?
Had a terrible experience at this store today. I signed up for a phone contract on Dec 24th and was told I could come back on Dec 26th to get Boxing Day offer for at least 200k PC Optimum points. However, when I returned on today (26th) I was told there were no points available. Disappointed, I decided to return the phone, as the agreement clearly states that I can return it within 15 days. To my surprise, I was told I couldn’t return the phone due to “boxing week blackout”. This was never mentioned to me, and there’s no written policy or terms that state such a restriction. What made the experience even worse was the store manager’s attitude. When I tried to address the issue with him, he kept interrupting me and accusing me of being at fault for signing the contract.This dismissive and unprofessional attitude made me extremely uncomfortable.
I’ve got iPhone 16 with a great deal. Mr. Nikhil (manager) helped me to choose the better deals. I would highly recommend to visit this store for Black Friday deal. He is the best one!!! I’m sure all the customers feel the same as me.
The customer service is at The Mobile Shop in RCSS at Oakville location is is very rude.. The guy on main desk starts fighting with customers .This is not a way I have ever seen in any stores. Would not recommend anyone to visit the store.
