Thank you Josh and Jaudit at Wireless Wave. Having been with Telus for so many years - we went to look at other options. Rogers, Telus…. And the service was poor, no “deals” to be had … we were quite frustrated. Then we walked into Wireless Wave and Josh and Jaudit Were so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get us a great plan. They literally put their heads together and worked the best deal they could. Further - my husband had a previous issue with Rogers that was noticed by Josh and he helped us with that as well. Truly - it was refreshing!! I will definitely be telling my friends and family.

I have had excellent experiance with them in the past two year. Their staff offer consistent excellent service through out the years. They really know how to serve customers, Especially Jaudat. Jaudat is a very knowledgeable persone, well spoken, customer service oriented. He goes above and beyond to offer the best deals for customers depending on their needs Jaudat helped me to reduce my phone and internet bills from $145+ tax to $120+ tax while I got a better deal. With the deal he offered I was able to: - get a new phone plan with a new phone I wanted (a phone + 4GB data plus unlimited Canada wide talk and unlimited text) - upgrade my child's phone to include 2GB plus unlimited text, and unlimited Canada wide talk - upgrade my home internet connection from 30MBps to 50MBps All of the above within the reduced bill. He also helped me to move my data from the old phone to the new one, and reset the other phone I didn't want to factory reset, even though it took him more than 2 hours (because of technical issue on the other phone) and he stayed after his working hours when all the shops closed.
