I dropped off a 4 suits (jacket, pants, shirts), and a couple ties & vests for pressing only - no cleaning. I did need rush service, but imagine my surprise when presented with a bill for $550 CAD! FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. And that was with a 20% off new customer discount! It was certainly my mistake for not asking for pricing in advance, but who on earth would have ever expected such an OUTRAGEOUS bill?

I’ve been getting dry-cleaning services from Dove Cleaners in Oakville for over 15 years. Fernanda and Carmen put a lot of care in their work. They’re very attentive to the concerns and demands of the client, and very careful about every detail. I always got my clothes back in time and in perfect condition, cleaned and ironed impeccably, packed the way I wanted, and all the stains removed. Not even once was I disappointed. Thank you Fernanda and Carmen, and rest of the team!

overpriced - it cost us $17 ($16.83) to dry clean one shirt. we called around to inquire on the same service at other local drycleaners $4.50 I'm just saying . .

Hi Richard, thank you for your feedback however we are a luxury dry cleaner and we do charge more than other cleaners. A very high end solvent, hand pressing and attention to details are just a few factors in our higher prices. We have been serving Oakville for 15 years and our clients are happy to spend more for premium service and quality.
