Ahmed is the man! I had a brand new designer shirt that was made of viscose which I mistakenly put in the wash. We brought the shirt over to Pink Rose and Ahmed was able to remove the shrinkage and restore the sheen within 5 min. He is a master at his craft! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend to all for professional service and exceptional customer experience. They know what they are doing here.

He even accused us of threatening him, when in reality, we were the ones being threatened and pushed out of the store when he claimed he was “closing” the store, as he could not give us a reasonable and convincing explanation for the damage on the coat. It is clear from his behavior that he uses threats and scare tactics to silence unhappy customers and maintain his “high rating.” This is not only unprofessional but dangerous. We as customers have the right to describe our experience on a public platform.
Have not had any dry cleaning done but have had, on two occasions, had some pants hemmed. The staff is very friendly, no complaints with the job but $61.00 to have two pair of jeans hemmed I believe is excessive. Sorry but I won’t go back.

I am delighted to give this business a positive review! Despite my wedding being indoors, the bottom of my dress still picked up quite a bit of dirt. Made entirely of tulle and covered in delicate pearls, I knew that cleaning it was not going to be easy. Ahmed took the time to carefully assess and clean my dress to perfection. Finding someone to do the job can be nerve-wracking, but you can bring your dress here knowing the work will be meticulously completed. My dress is now ready to sell and find a home with another wearer.

I have a lot of high end gowns, suits, designer clothing and designer jackets that I never worry about when I leave them here.
