This is my second time trusting Quality Care Cleaners with my Canada Goose jacket, and they did an amazing job again. My first jacket was incredibly dirty, and Ramy restored it so well that it looked brand new and I barely recognized it! Ramy has been a huge help, even offering pick-up and drop-off services at our workplace. Our whole office has started using them for dry cleaning because the service is so convenient. Couldn't be happier!!!! They did an amazing job with cleaning my winter coat, it’s a Rudsak ( long coat) . Ive always taken it to have it professionally cleaned. I have been coming to Quality Care Cleaners for years. They have ALWAYS done an amazing job. Lily at the front is so friendly. I am always greeted with a smile. They seem to use high quality cleaning products and I ONLY trust them with my family's Canada Goose jackets. Not many cleaners specialize in CGJ. I had some bad experiences with my coats in the past using other cleaners but this has never been the case here. I will continue to being my dry cleaning here for as long as they are in business (hopefully until I no longer have dry cleaning items). I highly recommend Quality care cleaners. See you soon!
Worst customer service lady at the front is super rude about every little thing. Can see why there havnt been any good reviews in years . Maybe they changed owners but if you sift through reviews can see all the good reviews are way back . Shouldve took my time to read reviews before i came to this place. Dont waste your time or money people. Way bettter places in the area that wont talk down on you for having a question.
