I’ve been very impressed with the quality and professionalism of this dry cleaning service. My clothes always come back looking fresh, perfectly pressed, and handled with care. They pay close attention to detail, from removing stains to ensuring delicate fabrics are treated properly. The turnaround time is fast, and the staff are always friendly and accommodating.
Worst experience ever! I brought a pair of ripped jeans to be patched a year ago. The patch let go (I wore them twice since) so I brought them back to be fixed. They wanted $25 to repair the patch. I went to pick them up Friday (I needed them that night). When I walked in at 5pm I waited for the young associate to come from the back, bag and water bottle in hand, to tell me they closed at 5pm and the cash was already closed. When I picked up my pants from Sarah, the owner, this afternoon she still charged me for the pants and told me it's hard for the young girls to do their job properly and that theu want to leave early. Unacceptable! If they're "open" until 5pm then they shouldn't start closing until 5pm.
I've been to King Dry Cleaners on multiple occasions and I've been so happy with my experiences, they provide quality cleaning and do such a good job at explaining the process and costs assosiated. They are my go to dry cleaners now! I've also gotten a few items hemmed and I am very happy with the work.

Friendly service. I have used the alteration services couple of times and I am extremely happy with the outcomes. George is friendly and professional in his work. The lady at the desk is very customer oriented as well.
Since my review was too much for them to handle, a repost and summary: In short, they ripped apart the sleeves on my Canada Goose parka, and refused to assume responsibility, when both me and my mother knew for a fact the sleeves were in pristine condition before sending it in. It's not even surprising they wrote back, refusing to take responsibility for their actions and gaslighting the customer-- I fully expected this response based on the other unhappy reviews, which make a good point; People visit dry cleaners to maintain their nicer, loved, quality pieces, why advertise such a service if you can't handle garments properly? They did mention I should be the one responsible for taking before and after photos. Which, personally is a good point, when dealing with sketchy dry cleaners in the future, but really THEY should do it as a business, as they apparently have significant experience in ruining people's clothes and claiming with absolute certainty that any wrongdoing was the customer's fault. So, let's consider, I do take before and after photos as the customer. And they ruin my clothing but they don't have any photo proof of NOT being the cause. Then I now have legal standing against them ruining my $1000 coat. My point is, their tactic to impart blame is silly purely because it reeks of lack of accountability. And will eventually backfire on them. To quote my original review: "I would have even appreciated transparent disclosure, upon receipt of the garment. If they were upfront about the damage, did quality control, and waived the fee for this botched job, I wouldn't be writing as harsh a review. I hope they can maturely take responsibility for their mistake and change their business practices to prevent future negative experiences with customers." I wasn't even going to mention the still chalky seams, but to be frank, I couldn't care less about the quality of the cleaning when I can't even wear the coat anymore for fear of further disturbing the tears. If you thought you could chastise me into silence when you lost me $1000 dollars, you need a reality check. I am beyond livid at your horribly unprofessional practice. Responding to negative reviews in a way that shirks responsibility only reflects bad on a business, in the end. My mother chose to trust this dry cleaner, but I know I personally avoid businesses who snap at the customers they've wronged... would you really trust them to securely handle your belongings? The optics are terrible. No trust or accountability. Though I am only one review among many, my recommendation is to not trust your clothes with this business. If they ruin it, they WILL blame it on you, charge you the cleaning fee nonetheless, and effectively lose you the money spent on your hard-earned clothes. If they respond to this again, without a hint of accountability, and a mouthful of excuses, well, you as a customer can see for yourself. Also, refer to other critical reviews and their responses. Your clothes and money are not protected with this business. (They will surely use the same excuse. 20 years of experience, blah blah. Oh but this has NEVER happened before. Preposterous. Hundreds upon hundreds of Canada Goose parkas through their hands. Casting aside my surprise and skepticism, that they could let such a grave error like this happen, mistakes happen, and it's when they pretend they NEVER make mistakes and don't have a business plan to deal with them that makes me highly uncomfortable.)
