We had a tankless water heater installed about a year and a half ago - poorly installed I should say. I decided to pay out of pocket rather than going back to this installer and found Reza on the Rennai website. I'm so glad I did. I called him today and he came within a couple of hours and installed the missing drainage tubes and serviced our furnace. Reza was polite and highly knowledgeable even noting the deficiencies from the installation. Since a previous reviewer wrote something about "fake reviews" I can say I am very much a real person and exceptionally happy with the service I received today.
