We had such a great experience with Binnie Mechanical. We were in the middle of a heat wave when our air conditioning broke down. From the initial discussion with the office, to the visit from Dave (owner), their customer service was top notch. They were able to turn things around in 72 hours and we were finally able to sleep again !! During the removal and installation process, I learned the secret behind such a great company and that was the guys managing the work. Zack and Chris x 2 were outstanding. They were extremely knowledgeable and personable. They were patient with me and reviewed how the system worked along with a teaching session with our electronic thermostat.
