Rick was excellent to work with and very helpful throughout the whole process in helping us understand what would be best right up to ensuring everything was operating correctly. He is a wonderful person to work with who we would highly recommend.
We had to replace our rental hot water tank and decided to go with a tankless system instead. At first we were worried that if was going to be difficult to deal with a replacement during these COVID-19 times but Rick was very prompt with our communication and within a week of contacting him we has our tank installed. Rick and his associate was very professional and clean when installing our Rinnai tankless water heater. And we were very happy with our service.

He took the time to check and explain the issue and provided a very good value furnace installed with a very short turn around. The work was of high quality and completed professionally.
