My Carrier Heat Pump unit was leaking\dripping continuously. Tony and Colin are an excellent professional team. They did their very beat to diagnose the cause/problem. The drain was partially blocked with rust. Tony cleaned the drain and a short length of pipe, he also changed the filter and added temporary support. Tony noted that there may be a leak in the coil pan. Now, 24 hours later the leaking/dripping continues, so I will need a follow up visit. I am anxious about the cost, as the initial visit fee was very high and the problem has not been solved.

Our restaurant was in need of a totally new rooftop unit. After asking quite a few HVAC companies we decided to give the job to Atlantis due to their meticulous assessing and honest mentioning of future cost that will sure occur if we wanted to increase the power of the rooftop. These costs were not mentioned by other businesses. Had we signed the contract with any of them, we would have been in deep problem not only money wise, but also by having lots of hassle and closing the restaurant for at least one day. Atlantis performed an excellent job by being punctual, quite, nimble and neat. All the staffs from the business owner to foreman and all technicians were nice, polite and professional.
We purchased a new furnace and AC unit earlier this year. Colin S. was very knowledgeable and helpful to us in making our decision and advising us on rebate programs that reduced our overall costs. The installations went well. About a week later, we detected a whining noise in the fan of the new furnace. The service staff at Atlantis worked with us and Lennox to have the fan unit replaced and the problem resolved. We believe the measure of a good company, is determined when problems arise with the product they sell and how they respond to those issues for their customers. We would not hesitate to recommend Atlantis Air to anyone with heating or AC requirements.

Cody from Atlantis was at my door within an hour of me making a call about our furnace not working. I decided to go with a new high efficiency unit rather than replacing a major and costly part in our 22 year old furnace. Later Colin from Atlantis arrived and clearly explained the various options and answered all my questions. He was really honest and didn’t try to push more expensive furnace models. Both Cody and Colin did the installation and were extremely courteous and professional.
