I went to the clinic cuz I wasn’t feeling well. The wait wasn’t too bad, just like people mentioned in the reviews. The front desk ppl were kind, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly. I left with what I needed and felt a lot better after the visit...
I booked an appointment for my son at this clinic. I arrived 10 minutes early, and the doctor saw us right on time. If you show up early, they'll respect your time too. Dr. Tasneem was very helpful and guided my son for his treatment
Dr Tasneem is a wonderful doctor, good clinician and with excellent bedside manners He shows great empathy towards his patients and takes his time with his patients
I saw Dr. Nasir Ayub today as a walk in. The wait time was minimal. He asked lots of questions and was very patient and calm. Dr. Ayub explained everything in detail. I removed two stars, because the clinic did not send my culture through for testing, and I am pregnant. When I spoke with my OB this week as still having issues, since I’m pregnant the culture needs to be sent in addition to the rapid test. Poor communication/ administration on their end.
While are generally good, the staff is very unprofessional and unethical. Tried calling multiple times during the morning, they never took the calls, went 50 mins prior to closing, saw the previous patients leaving, the staff said the doctor had already left, funny thing was the doctor was at the doorway talking to him while he was saying this, I asked how come they closed so early and informed them I tried calling… half way through my sentence, the individual just shrugged, ignored and walked away.
This clinic has amazing doctors and staff. I get the best care that I’d hope for there. Doctors are very professional and extremely caring, would listen to you and explain everything which gives a great relief, plus following up if needed. Unlike other doctors who don’t give you a chance to say your concern or even sit down. I’m very grateful this clinic exists in my neighbourhood.
Doctor is consistently late. First week I was informed at the start that the wait was over half an hour so we rescheduled, second week my appointment somehow wasn’t in the books and the third week after a pointless 45 minute wait for an annual check up appointment I had to leave. Receptionist is not apologetic and it seems they could care less, the only excuse I was given was people wait for over an hour at times… don’t waste your time here
