The male technician who works at this office is extremely rude for no reason. I was accompanying my elderly mother to her tests today and there happened to be two Catherine’s in the waiting room. My mother went back because he called her name, but it ended up not being her turn. When she came back out sort of laughing about the mix up I saw him lean up against the wall, roll his eyes and shake his head in frustration at my mother. On top of that my mom said he was incredibly rude to her during the mix up, acting as if it was her fault. Here’s an idea, if you have two patients named Catherine in the waiting room maybe refer to the last names as well. How are you also not aware that other people can see you shaking your head and acting disgruntled. Thank god he wasn’t the one completing her tests today.

I had a pleasant experience this morning at this place. The receptionist was really kind and understanding, asked my preferences if it's okay to have a male technician for my X Ray. My technician was really friendly and professional too. Made me feel at ease. Thank you for taking care of me.

Absolutely horrible experience. I had an appointment booked for my second ultrasound to which I was slightly late for due to traffic — which I even apologized for — I was completely turned away because I didn’t have my first report on hand. Not once did anyone mention before the appointment that this was required. I’m pregnant, working full-time, and made a long drive to get there, only to be told I couldn’t be seen. The staff had zero empathy or professionalism — no effort to accommodate or even show basic compassion toward a pregnant woman who made every effort to attend her medical appointment. I’ve never dealt with such poor service or lack of consideration in a healthcare setting. If you value your time, energy, and basic respect as a patient, I strongly suggest you go anywhere else

Initially, I wasn’t convinced because the website was down for a bit. When I arrived, the front desk was helpful and patient. I had an ultrasound with Lina who is very understanding. Given that I was breastfeeding, I didn’t realize I was dehydrated. The 1 litre water requirement was not enough. Yet Lina managed it well and guided me through. She even gave me tip that if there needs to be another ultrasound, I need to remember to eat and drink before.

Arrived at 8.20 am as a walk-in, which is before opening time, but I was checked in by 8.27am. I went for xrays and was out by 8.50 am. I met the kindest, most professional, and caring staff during my visit here. A well deserved 5 stars

My wife recently went to the clinic for a bone density and mammogram test. She has low vision and my pregnant daughter was there to assist her. Of course my daughter could not go into the exam rooms therefore she needed assistance from the tech. The tech was rude, hardly spoke to my wife and manhandled her through the test. My wife asked her if she could take her arm to lead her to my daughter and she sighed and reluctantly said OK. My wife tried to make small talk keeping in mind that the tech might be tired or having a bad day. Unfortunately my wife came away from there feeling embarrassed and overwhelmed. My daughter also noted the ill-mannered behaviour of the tech.

Tried calling to make an appointment two days in a row. First day the system hangs up on you after awhile due to high call volumes. So I tried the online request an appointment feature. After answering questions and uploading my req it tells me I will hear back in 7-10 DAYS. Seriously? Just don’t bother offering that option. So I called the next day and finally got through to someone. They sound overworked and overwhelmed. The actual lab technicians are professional and good. Not sure how much COVID has to do with this… The first appointment was 2.5 weeks away. Fortunately found another lab who fit me in the next day. What a contrast….
