Friendly and helpful staff, appointments are quick if not same day. Attached pharmacy is really convenient. I've been here a few times now and always get great care.
I don't really understand how for a patient to walk in a clinc looking to find a solution for a problem he encounter, then he walks out with another problem! You doctors have to show some inegrity and honesty in your job. Is it all just to get paid and you don't care about what the patient have to say or what is his story? Or how can ypu help hime out? Hey, I had a bad dream that day. Doctor: Oh really, see a psychiatrist!. Come on bro! Seriously. It's really hard for patients who put there trust on a doctor that all he thinks of is throwing a random diagnosis as fast as he can take the next patient and do the same thing! Come on world, pay these doctors fixed income and don't let them rely on the amount of patient they do. Not all of them commited to help others, but help their pockets. It's really disappointing. I hope things get fixed up very soon si we don't see the rate of homless people incresingly build up. I rarely hear of a person who walks fine in a clinc and leave without a full bag of lies and self doubts. Sorry people, you have to search for the right person to help you out as not all your fingers are the same. Thanks :)
I visited today . The doctor was very well spoken and great knowledgeable.Guided me in a good way .Also the recipionist was very helpful, kind and good spoken. First experience was the best experience. Everyone must visit
Funny, friendly staff in both pharmacy and the walk in clinic. Changed my pharmacy to here when I started going to Sheridan college. Been great so far.
No issues with the doctors. My only concern is that appointment times are not respected. I have come to all of my appointments on time, but had to wait 40-60 minutes to be seen because of walk ins every time. What is the point of setting an appointment time if I will be treated as a walk in? As a full time employee, I cannot waste time waiting like this.
I’ve been going here to see Bebaway for more than a decade, she’s always been wonderful and has helped diagnose issues that other doctors were stumped (but not interested in investigating) by. 1000/10 she saved my life multiple times, and the new receptionist is lovely
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Sema, the name of the receptionist, asked me to provide a fax number for my previous family physician as I was there to take them on as my new family physician. I told her I was unsure of the fax number at the time but could retrieve it for her. She then told me do not worry about it that she would retrieve it herself through her own methods, she even said worst case she'll just google it. I offered to get it for her quick if I could just google it but she seemed as though she was in a rush. I thought nothing of it and thanked her. Now it has been over a month since then and I needed them to refer me to a specialist for possible nerve damage in my elbow. I called today, and low and behold Sema answers the phone and I asked her how the progress is coming along to get me in touch with a specialist. She said that the paperwork has NOT been submitted yet to even take them on as my new family physician let alone refer me to a specialist because she is waiting on the fax number of my previous family physician. I explained everything to her and she denies even telling me that she would get the fax number on her own and that it is up to the patient to provide that information. I was perfectly willing to get the fax number myself and provide it but she told me thats not necessary and now she is telling me that she would never even suggest such a thing? She told me that maybe I am forgetting she told me to provide it? I would NOT forget as I was willing to get it for her right then and there and not only that but this is an issue that affects my day to day life and i had to take a leave from my job because of this for over 3 months now. The receptionist doesnt care about her patients at all. The doctor who helped me out over there was very caring but how can your clinic operate efficiently and effectively if "Sema" is the wall that is obstructing the care the doctor wants to provide his clients and the care the clients are seeking? I really thought I'd finally found someone that could help and of course im at a dead end again. My current family physician is hard to get an appointment with as she is only available twice a week now between the times of 2pm and 5pm...and even then its only over the phone appointment. I withdrew my transfer application for Queens Medical Centre solely because of "Sema" the receptionist. No wonder this clinic has a 2.7 star rating. My advice? Unless you want to waste your time and possibly your overall health...STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!
