We're from out of town and needed to see a doctor for my son. Everyone was very friendly, very thorough and the wait wasn't long. Great experience over all!
I find our doctor is very thorough and genuinely cares about my family's well-being, but some of the personalities they have working the front desk/answering phones can be quite rude and unprofessional at times. I think there needs to be a level of professionalism held with the front desk, especially in the medical field and this is something they continue to lack for quite some time.
Dr. Sylvia Adeleke is a human-centered physician whom I have been seeing for many years now. I cannot express enough gratitude to her for addressing all my healthcare needs. I highly recommend her and this clinic. A. Ghaffar, PhD
Keep putting me on hold .. have an urgent discussion for the doctor. Receptionists care less for the patients. I have tried 15 times since morning. They either drop my call or put me on hold.. who does that.
Great pharmacy. Staff very friendly and accommodating. They called my doctor because prescription wasn't clear and sorted everything out without me having to do it myself. Thanks guys. Switching to this pharmacy. The walk-in clinic is great too.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Raghad Shareef. From the start, she was dismissive and spent barely few seconds examining me. She didn’t make eye contact once and spoke while looking away, which made it difficult to understand what she was saying. The entire consultation felt rushed, and I was left feeling confused and unheard. What made things worse was that while I was still talking and trying to ask questions, she stood up and walked out. Visiting a doctor when you're unwell should offer some reassurance and care — unfortunately, this experience left me feeling worse than when I arrived. It’s clear that patient care and communication are not priorities for Dr. Shareef. I cannot recommend her to anyone. Highly Disappointed.
Called in around 12:00pm on a Sunday as a new patient with an extremely sore throat that was keeping me up at night. I was greeted very warmly by Krush who told me the wait was about 1.5 hours. She kindly told me I could register and then go and come back. I arrived at 12:20pm and decided to stay. It seems a lot of people take advantage of the go and come back policy because to my luck they were able to see me much sooner. I was in the doctor’s room by 12:50. While I was in the waiting room Krush and Romana greeted all the patients with a smile and genuinely seemed to care. The registration process was quick. Krush and Romana both took the time to talk to me and were so friendly. They also had a sense of urgency and tried to get the patients seen as quickly as possible. Nowadays that’s almost unheard of. I don’t think I saw Romana sit down once in the hour and a half I was there. Even Krush kept going back and forth from the reception area to the back to help move the process along, by helping patients to rooms, weighing them and so on. Dr. Hasan Al-Obaidi was amazing, thorough, attentive and hilarious, again extremely friendly and he made me laugh even in my sick state. Based on my experience today I would come back and recommend anyone who needs a friendly, warm, fast, walk-in clinic to do the same.
