this store is always so clean and organized, the staff are great, and the selection is awesome. super cute birdies, lizards, fish, and an adoption cat, all clearly well taken care of! :)
Friendly staff. Everything well marked and found what I needed. Their baskets at the door are really gross they are fabric and look like they can't be cleaned most of them had things spilled on them and were stained? Bring back the regular baskets pls.
I’ve been the loyal customer over 3 years but this is the worst location and a rude manager her name is Amber . Every time I try to return my item she gave an excuse not to accept it , they waisted 30 minutes of my time asking to wait and they came with an answer I know your item is full or it’s more than half but we cannot accept it. Stay away from this location
Self-serve dog wash rules! For the low price of $16.50, you can bring your dirty, stinky pooch for a wash. Use their shampoo and conditioner, garden hose with adjustable spray settings and adjustable water temperature, and treats to make the event a little more manageable. The convenience and ease make it worth the money and drive. Towels can be significantly improved though as they are not absorbent at all (use the blower with the small hole for the better drying results). Staff are consistently pleasant and helpful.
This was my first visit to this location. The staff is cheerful and very knowledgeable, happy to help with questions and direct the customer to the appropriate section. I will be returning for sure
I was in your location a couple days ago and one of your reps Genevieve “Gigi” helped me….. her service and product knowledge definitely surpasses that of actual doctors in the hospitals. This girl deserves a promotion!!!!! Outstanding work Gigi!!!!
Great service. Polite and friendly staff @ Dorval crossing branch only. Clean dog wash. Goggles is always happy with a good wash and dryer works excellent to dry his fur especially when it’s snowing outside.
