Elisa has truly been a godsend. Elisa undoubtedly has helped me through the puppy phase more than any other classes or videos that I have taken/watched. Her product recommendations are always well thought out and so useful and she is the only person I trust to fit my dog with a harness. She has such a natural charisma with the dogs and is able to establish trust right away, and watching her interact with my puppy has taught me other ways to motivate him and support him as he grows. Somehow, Elisa is able to remember every customer's name and when you walk in the store it really feels like a community. I love that this Bone and Biscuit carries high quality items that are harder to find elsewhere and that Elisa knows everything about the products. This is by far my favourite pet store and I will continue to be a regular. Thank you.
