Very helpful and accommodating. Abi (SP) was awesome. We currently buy our dog food at this location. Our dog Max had his first bath this morning. Will definitely be back.

I would like to share my extremely positive experience with 3rd line Pet Value location. Called to book a last minute nail clipping appointment for my Labradoodle "Harley ". Alex was extremely accommodating and fit me in her busy schedule. She is fantastic and personable. I would recommend anyone to visit this Pet Value location. The store is extremely clean and the staff super friendly .
I have taken my dog several times to use the dog wash. The owner’s brother is always very friendly and the dog wash is clean. What I really appreciate is that I am asked if my dog is friendly with other dogs so that they can ensure the other pet wash station is left un-used, if needed. And in my case, that is definitely helpful. So happy to have such a great service close to home and that they accommodate last minute bookings.
Store was nice, so were the employees. The dog washing station needs some work. The water pressure changes causing you to get soaked when it skyrockets. The water temperature is also all over the place. Get that fixed and it would be great.
Bought a leash tore in 2 hrs what a shame I specially asked associate that my dog chews on them and that i need a good brand tried to return to Burlington branch as its closer to my house they refused though i had my receipt
