We are thrilled to have found Kristine! When we adopted our poodle we were advised that he would be difficult to groom as he is an anxious dog with poor grooming history. Kristine was so very patient and kind with him. Not only was she able to groom him beautifully, he came back with better body-handling, and Kristine also provided a few valuable training tips. Thank you Kristine!! We’re so grateful.
A great store with everything your pets may need. Pet grooming is the best! Have been going to Kristine for several years and she always does the best job and I know my 12 year old Portuguese Water Dog is in good & caring hands!
Kristine (our delightful groomer) is an absolute CHARM!!! We brought our rescue dog there for her second grooming session of her life and I must say, we were a bit frightened due to her first grooming session she had back in Mexico where we rescued her from didn’t go so well to a point that they needed to put her to sleep due to massive matting. Unfortunately they gave it a try before so and obviously you could imagine how painful that must have been for her…. Patience and more patience and More importantly experience to gain her trust and now, our girl SALSA is loving her spa day with Kristine! I have been a customer now for 6 years and have been regularly getting our goldendoodle groomed at Bark and Fitz. I can not say enough good things about our groomer Jen. She is amazing and our dog loves her too! Scheduling is always a breeze. The products they carry are also high quality; we had been on a look out for a good rain coat and a winter jacket for our dog and they were able to recommend Shredrow coats that have worked out great for us. Thank you for the amazing service and I highly recommend the store and their grooming service!
Great staff and experience at bark and fitz lakeshore! Our groomer Jennifer is so patient with our very energetic Bernedoodle, and she always makes him look amazing! She’s very knowledgeable and just “gets”what he needs based on the season and what we’re looking for.
Jen at Barks & Fitz is the absolute best. She's been grooming my dog since she was a puppy and always does an amazing job. Jen is incredibly detailed oriented and always give my dog the perfect cut. Highly recommend
