I recently visited Global Pets in Oakville in a desperate attempt to find food and supplies for my two extremely picky Chihuahuas. They were refusing almost all dog food and only wanted human food, which was a huge concern. After countless failed attempts with grocery store brands, I was at my wit's end. Thankfully, I stumbled upon Global Pets, and it was a game-changer. The owner, Micqualle, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to truly understand my dogs' needs. She didn't just point me to random products; she shared her expertise and recommended several options, including Primal (Kibble in the Raw), TarTar Busters, and other items. To my absolute delight, my dogs love them! They're finally eating healthy dog food, and I couldn't be happier. Even when I mentioned needing breath fresheners, Micqualle didn't just push a product. She suggested a water additive that has been remarkably effective. My dogs are noticeably healthier and happier, and I owe it all to Micqualle's exceptional service and knowledge. The store itself was well-organized and clean, and the prices were reasonable. But it's Micqualle's personalized service that truly sets Global Pets apart. The people who worked there very helpful and very polite, I met the owner Her name is Michelle and a few times I talked to Michelle, . She’s very respectful. She’s very kind., very nice ,She helped me a lot of times to get food for my little Rescue, She’s really amazing woman. She cares about animals a lot. , and will do anything to help you . I appreciate from my heart everything what she does for me. .
Owners were super helpful and pleasant. They were knowledge about the foods and clearly are passionate about pets and helping pet owners find good products.
My dogs love coming hear they have amazing quality kibble n raw food they also have some good toys for larger breeds Michelle is awasome and her staff very knowledgeable and considerate I hurt my arm and the cashier offered to hellp me with a big bag of kibble
Not my usual Global Pet Foods location but called here after searching several locations for a specific food that Global appears to have stock issues with. This location not only had stock but was very clean, organized & Hayley was a pleasure to deal with. Very courteous, helpful and informative. She made the drive to Oakville worth it. Thank you!
Absolutely beautiful store and the service is fantastic. Found everything we needed. The owner of this location is so kind and helpful. Will definitely come back and buy more. I recommend this Global Pets location.
I wish they could work the phone. No dog food and few choices today. I have called 4 times only to be hung up on. Unlike other reviews my experience is never positive.
