I just went to Halton pharmacy for the first time today and I can confidently say it is the BEST pharmacy in Oakville!! COMPOUNDING EXPERTS!! Excellent service, excellent staff-- healthcare at its best. Thanks for your quick and personal care!
Students running the show. This pharmacy is very disappointing. Has students running the show. I never met the pharmacist, its always a student who dispenses & cannot answer my questions. I even saw the student “search” my question because they didnt have an answer. Furthermore, my baby ‘s medication was supposed to be covered under OHIP but they kept saying it wasnt going through so i was stuck with a huge bill. They didnt even bother to verify their billing , just made me pay out of pocket for baby’s meds when they are covered in Ontario. Then i went to another pharmacy who were able to bill the medication through OHIP without any issues & i was able to speak to a pharmacist at time of dispensing. Overall i would not recommend unless you are desperate.
Cannot say enough about ALL the staff from Pharmacists to Front Line!!!!! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Always willing to help and answer any questions or concerns. Thank YOU to everyone there.
After calling several pharmacies and needing help, Halton Family Pharmacy went above and beyond to get my son the medication he needed for a last minute emergency!! Thank you for helping me keep him happy & healthy!! I’m truly grateful to the pharmacist and his assistant!
This is one of the largest and most professional pharmacy in the area. Would highly recommend in particular to specific people (eg childrens’ compound/ liquid suspension)
