Always a great experience at this pharmacy. The staff are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure prescriptions are ready on time. Excellent service every visit!
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I am beyond angry. The pharmacist has a horrible attitude — rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. The staff are just as bad, with no sense of respect or basic customer service. I felt completely mistreated and disrespected from the moment I walked in. They don’t care about the patients, and it shows in how they talk and behave. Honestly, I regret ever going there. I will never go back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away
Worst place I’ve ever been to stay away at all costs! I’ve never been disrespected by a professional with all this “experience” while being in the worst condition. Was refused medication for an additional week as this pathetic excuse for a pharmacy lost my files & couldn’t remember who I was while I suffered with a fractured pelvic & no access to my meds. Very unapologetic & projective, I was constantly reminded how many other patients were his priority over my case due to then struggling to find my files.
Not that impressed with my visit here. Was told by worker to "look it up on the internet" when I had a question. I guess this place does not really try to go out of its way for customers.
Don't typically write reviews unless exemplary service or extremely poor, this falls into the latter category. Rude and indifferent pharmacist/pharmacy tech. Went to pick up a package there, found out after the fact from Fedex that the pharmacy refused it without explanation. When I had gone to pick it up earlier all I got was a dismissive "it was a courier problem, you need to contact them". Seems fairly consistent with the other reviews posted here.
We have always had positive interactions with the Pharmacy and they continue to work with us for our daughters medications (monthly regular refills). The pharmacists have gone out of their way to accommodate us when we have forgotten to pickup medications and always does the same with a smile. Our medication pickup process has always been seamless and uneventful. We read the negative comments and wonder what we are doing differently? what comes to mind is this - we are patient when we see long line ups or a busy employee, we don't demand or speak rudely to store employees and we always thank employees for taking care of us - being nice, human and communicative always goes a long way. Try and get to know your pharmacist and build a relationship instead of treating the store and employees like a highway pit stop in your busy lives! We will continue to depend on the team at Ray Pharmacy for the life saving medications and advice that they provide us for our daughter. Thank you to the team at Ray Pharmacy.
Best pharmacy in Oakville, I've been a customer for over 20 years. Amir and his crew always respectful and helpful. They even offer delivery if you require it. I'm moving out of the area ,but will still use Ray's Pharmacy.
