We've been coming to Oak Park Medical for the past 20 years. Emad, the pharmacist, cares for our family as if we were his own! Nadine is super knowledgeable, and Justine and Emma are always friendly and helpful when we need to refill prescriptions, book vaccines, etc. This really is a neighbourhood pharmacy - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! :) :) :)
Have patience when they tend to your prescription or call ahead to get it ready to avoid delays. The waiting area is small and has only two chairs. Found the hand sanitizer bottle mostly empty on multiple occasions, not sure if it's maintained by the Clinic or the Pharmacy. Parking is plaza style, and automatic doors avoid touching which is hygienic. Friendly staff, the Pharmacist is local and a long time Oakville resident.
If I could give Emad and his team 10 stars I would! The most knowledgeable and caring pharmacist I have ever known. I do not trust my mother's complex care to anyone except him. Always available, kind, attentive, with absolutely expert knowledge, he goes far beyond the call of duty time after time. He is supported by an excellent team. Truly a gift to his profession and our community.
People there are amazing, amazing communication, and they know how to do it right. I couldn't have wanted more in a pharmacy, will be a number one go to at all times.
Often runs out of medications. They provided us with expired medication. Moreover, the male pharmacist working there is incredibly rude, tyrannic, and creating a dark and gloomy atmosphere. Interacting with him almost always results in a disheartening experience.
Wow. When was the last time a local pharmacist called you, unprompted, to ask when you would be needing your next monthly medical shot? I filled 2 new prescriptions for a serious medical condition that requires precision timing - one monthly, one every 6 months - with this pharmacy. I fully expected to have to follow up monthly to insure these were filled and ready every time and in time for our doctor's appointment. It's been 5 months and they are calling me to anticipate my next appointment to make sure it's ready. I have never experienced this level of professional service and care from a pharmacy...and I've been dealing with at least 5 other pharmaceutical brand companies here for over 20 years. Their professional service, timely execution and, frankly, 'smarts' are outstanding. It's been a 'wow experience. Just wow. Go see for yourself.
The tall guy pharmacist is very rude, will never go back for Medicine any more! The one in Canadian superstore is very close, much better attitude to customers.
