Rude and outright discriminatory. I hope you treat your actual patients better than the people calling to ask a simple question, but judging by the awful reviews y’all have, I doubt it. To the workers that said those awful things, have the day you deserve.
I have been with Oak lake pharmacy for a long time, they are extremely professional, organized and have incredible staff spicily Dr. Mariz. The attention, support, and help I receive each time is truly touching. I truly appreciate the effort and time they dedicate to me, they always go the extra mile and it always means so much to me .
Exceptional and friendly customer service, quick and convenient. Staff are so helpful, pharmacists are very knowledgeable and always answering questions. Mariz is so friendly with customers and her staff. I’ve been going there for 3 years now and the service has remained phenomenal. I was at the pharmacy on September 19 at 11am and witnessed one of the customers falsely accusing of disrespect and abusing the pharmacist, yet the pharmacist was very professional and remained calm through the entire conversation. She was very professional with her colleagues. Thank you to all the staff for always being there and meeting our needs.
I have been going to this pharmacy since day one. Mariz and her team are so caring, and informative. Any medication prescribed is explained, and if I have any concerns or questions they are answered. If a ‘generic’ option is available, I am asked if I want that option, instead of just filling the order. I receive a phone call follow up when it’s time to renew, and prescriptions are ready for pick up when I ask. I’m always greeted with a smile, and treated as a valued customer. Best pharmacy in town! Great pharmacists, especially the manager Mariz. Fast and convenient service. Friendly staff at the pharmacy. They go above and beyond to make sure they meet your needs. They greet you by name as soon as you walk in. Very knowledgable staff, always ensure your questions are answered. Overall positive experience at Oak Lake Pharmacy.
Today September 19th at around 11:10 am I witnessed a female pharmacist interacting with her staff member. The pharmacist had zero respect for the staff member loudly question her mistake, loudly berating the work of another employee and then asking the employee present in a rude tone why it would be done in that way. Frustrated or not as an employer or even colleague respect should come first. I will never recommend or use this pharmacy and suggest others stay clear. Even when I confronted the pharmacist and reminded her that the entire waiting room can hear how she speaks to her employees she showed zero regret.
I have had my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for quite a few years and the service is exceptional. Mariz and her team have not only dispensed my medications but have always given me great advice. Because of Mariz's knowledge and attention, a recent concern about my vision has been resolve which could have otherwise caused me a lot of grief. Thank you.
