Oak City Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy I've been to! Their service is phenomenal, they are so pleasant and kind to deal with and they have my prescription refills ready before I even call them. If you're lookin for a new pharmacy, Oak City is the place to go!

Oak City Pharmacy is the best! Galal is incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. He’s super accommodating and takes the time to explain each prescription thoroughly, so there’s not misunderstanding. The owner, Galal, goes above and beyond to give good customer service. What a refreshing change from the corporate pharmacies at Costco or at Metro, where the service is impersonal and there's always a long line up. When I told Galal how much Costco charged me for a certain prescription, he said he would match or beat that price, and he did. I also observed Galal fill a customer's prescription that consisted of only 2 pills, and he refused to take payment for it. When Galal filled my daughter's prescription, he also put a couple of Chupa Chups lollipops in the bag, saying there was one for my daughter and one for me. If you want a friendly neighbourhood pharmacy that gives personalised service with a smile, with virtually no line up, go to Oak City Pharmacy. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended.
Oak City Pharmacy is a breath of fresh air where customer service and competitive pricing is concerned. We are extremely fortunate to have moved over to this pharmacy.
