Would not recommend this clinic. The clinic’s receptionist is incredibly rude. Greedy schedulers and stingy people. Scheduled my appointment at 10am and had to wait 40 minutes, and when I requested a cancellation as they are clearly late and I got things to do, they stated I’ll have to pay the cancellation fee despite I arrived 5 minutes early and they were the one that overbooked and delayed. They don’t even do walk ins, there’s no excuse to be late to an appointment. This happened to me a few times. I’m looking for a new family doctor as they don’t deserve to charge people’s OHIP for this type of service they provide.
Staff are rude, argumentative and went out of their way not to be helpful! "They are an authorized Purolator drop off location for Amazon returns. The instructions from Amazon clearly state, no need to print a label or package the item, the staff at the drop off location will package the item and label it for you, just show them return QR code and drop off the package. The woman behind the counter scanned my code and handed me a bag and a label. I asked, "Why are you giving this to me"? I explained to her what she is supposed to do according to the instructions. She argued with me, I offered to show her the instructions, she still refused to do her job. She told me she is too busy, she's not required, it's not part of their service, any excuse she could use to argue against doing what she is required to do. They clearly have no concept of customer service, not the first time I've had issues there.
Jenny and her team are great! Very knowledgeable, helpful and always quick in filling prescriptions. Love having my flu shots and covid vaccines done so close to home.
i was here to get a new refill. the staff treated me amazing they were so nice and helpful. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone. thank you once again for the great service will be seeing you soon.
Glad to have this pharmacy in close proximity of Sixth Line/ Trafalgar Road and can be looked upon if someone is looking for a quick and assured result of RT/PCR for travel or otherwise. The only suggestion I might have would be for their online arrangements, which still allowed me to reserve an appointment on a Family day when the off-site was closed. Otherwise, warm and gentle support staff and quite collaborative to provide a good experience.
Jenny and her team took great care of us. My wife and I did the pre-travel COVID test and she was so gentle and caring, traits you don’t see enough of today. In addition, the process was so easy and results arrived on a timely basis. Will definitely be back!!! Thanks Jenny.
