Waiting time at the clinic and pharmacy is short. You can be checked and have your prescription ready in less than hour. Service is good. It is my go to walkin clinic.

Inconvenient and untrustworthyFirst, I had to "make a claim for the prescription drug by myself." Even though my insurance has the feature that all eligible drug expensescan be paid instantly at the pharmacy, I had to claim about my expense by myself, which is inconvenient. When I asked several times, they "refused" it and said that I should do it by myself.Second, when I bought two identical drugs here, there was some price difference between the first purchase and the second purchase!! For the first purchase, I could not bring my prescription, so I had to purchase it without prescription and it was more expensive than my second purchase that I made later. But there was only 11 days gap between those purchases.
There are so many Pharmacies in our area however our family drives a little farther out of our way for the small town, excellent customer service they provide. The Pharma Sense team have gone above and beyond for us on many occasions, which is very much appreciated.
