When I first started going to this clinic I got great care. It has really gone downhill. The receptionist are moody and not very good at their jobs. Almost everytime I go in I have to come in a second time because a mistake was made with something. I think the clinic is just too busy and the staff are overwhelmed. I will be looking for a new clinic. I would not recommend to a friend.

Was in the pharmacy on April 6th, 2018 and saw a vitamin D bottle with an expiry date of November 2017. Told the pharmacist about it and gave her the bottle. Yesterday, a week later, I was there again only to see that they have put the same expired bottle for sale, again! The expiry date is in such small print that people with vision problems might not be able to read or notice. I don't think that the pharmacist/owner understood how serious it is to put back for sale a product already expired 5+ months ago. I hope that they don't use expired medications to fill prescriptions, too!
Absolutely fantastic customer service! They way a pharmacy should be run with down to earth caring people behind the desk. They always have the customer in mind. Wouldn't go anywhere else for prescriptions.
I believe that you checked the production date not the expiry date, I had been their patient for 5+ years now and never asked for a better service, very professional and very friendly, recommended for any one looking for a new pharmacy.Sam Smith
