It has been years since I have had a go-to place to take my vehicles, and I believe my long search is over. Mark’s provided an excellent experience that left me very impressed. The customer service was friendly, the car inspection and repairs were both done surprisingly quick, and the detailed report I received with lots of photos was very helpful. Prices were very reasonable and left me happy to bring my car back should something come up. For now it rides like a dream and I feel confident Mark’s will keep it that way for a long time.

Hidden Fee might happen. After the oil leak inspection and oil change service, This place charged me engine shampoo & power washer. This attached pictures are the status of engine after service. No washing but charge. Called them to explain, they said they cleaned the suspected leaking points. Unbelievable, as I saw, those points are uncleaned. It might cost a lot if having the service in this store, be careful of that.
If you want to get rid of a lot of money fast, go here. If you want to get an issue with your car fixed, I'd suggest going somewhere else. They genuinely have zero interest in investigating the issue with your car. They will throw parts at a simple issue and upsell you until you're broke. Then they will send you a coupon for $22.93 (no joke)
I would like to take a moment and express my sincere thank you to the staff while attending to fix a mirror on my vehicle. It has been a while since I experienced integrity at an auto shop. I was not over sold nor gouged in any way. In fact I even learned something new about tires. I appreciate the honesty and integrity. You have my trust.
Great service! Went in for a simple oil change and not only did they wash my car, they found a problem with the toe link on my rear axle assembly that had apparently NOT been taken care of at the dealer's when this car was recalled about two months ago! They even texted a picture of it to my phone, which I WILL take back to the dealer to get this fixed properly!! Mark's has come through for me once again! I will most certainly go back there!
