Nobody wants to get into an accident, it’s stressful and overwhelming. But from the moment tow truck driver Mike showed up, it was smooth sailing. He was knowledgeable, explained the next steps clearly, and gave me different options. I immediately felt like my car was in good hands. A rental car even showed up right at the police station, which was a huge relief. The rental driver was great too, no need to stress about calling companies, booking Ubers, or waiting around. Everything was handled for me. The customer service from David to Michelle has been excellent. They’ve been friendly, honest, and easy to work with throughout. I’ll definitely be recommending this shop to family and friends. It’s great to be in the hands of people who truly care and tell it like it is. Highly recommended!
Had the most incredible customer service by Ian, expert tow truck operator. I was rear ended last night and he was an oasis of calmness and expert knowledge on the whole process. He was incredibly kind and patient and went out of his way to explain all the necessary next steps in a reassuring manner. I had a highly positive interaction with Ian & other staff today. I strongly recommend this establishment.
I was in an accident tow truck driver Kevin showed up and towed me to his yard. Very friendly and warming service. He went out of his way to explain things and make sure I had a way home. I was in an accident and needed my bumper replaced and dents fixed on my trunk. My insurance sent me a list of shops but none looked reputable, I heard about RWCC through a friend and they were fantastic! They offered to drop off a rental car and pick up my own car, they sat with me and talked about the work that needed to be done and the process of working with insurance and they did fantastic work on my car. I HIGHLY recommend, they were supportive, answered all my questions and did incredible work on my car. I will recommend them to friends and family and will return if I ever need body work done on my vehicle.
