I've searched for a trustworthy garage for a long time and was recommended this gem. You walk in the front door and it feels like a garage that doesn't waste money on a foofoo waiting room etc. It is a no nonsense garage. As a result the charges are reasonable. Guys at the desk were great. Work was done promptly. They shared pictures of the issues they found before they did the work (giving you a chance to say no). Genuinely a good experience and I'm going back.
Very disappointed in the service. I am a senior citizen, I live basically live down the road, and they refused to assist me in picking up and dropping off my car.
Absolutely recommend Preferred Auto Service to everyone I know. I’ve had such great service every time I’ve been there. They fixed my muffler which literally split in two, replaced my broken rear springs when one snapped, and fixed my A/C. They are my go-to whenever my car starts to make an odd noise or something doesn’t seem to be working correctly. I don’t even shop around anymore because I know what I’m getting at Preferred is the best and I can rely on them to get to the bottom of the issue. They’re very accommodating, their prices are fair, and their service is exceptional.
Awhile ago....Hubby was in getting his truck serviced. In between ownership from NRG to Preferred. I was talking to one of the guys behind the desk about my WRX. Asking him to look up timing belt service (when it needs replacing) for my car and the components such as water pump ect. One of the mechanics came in from the garage and over heard the convo he says to me Oh that's an all day job laughing. I said actually no it's not and no worries you will not be touching my car after that comment.
Thanks to Dave, Bill and Frank for taking care of my Mazda 3! Frank is a top notch mechanic that took his time with me on a test drive and changed both my brakes and one of the front bearings. Dave was very up front on the cost and helped me make the right decisions. Overall very satisfied customer that will be going back for any automotive needs. Mo
Great job done. There was some rust and holes in the exhaust system. The mechanic fixed it in 1h and on budget. The issue was explained to me and all the parts needed and prices were provided up front after assesment was done.
I have been dealing with Bill and his team for a few years now . I believe in old school honesty, integrity and treating people fairly. That is exactly what I found in this shop with bill and his great team and that is why I trust his shop to deal with my vehicle. On a few occasions they have gone above and beyond to help and that is much appreciated. A+ in my books!
