Was last minute I needed an appointment fortunately there was one available. The staff is so welcoming great relaxing environment. My color technician was Darlene, she is such a joy to be around, very upbeat friendly, her work is beautiful, real natural talent. Had Vanessa for my cut/style. She was great also, Vanessa followed exactly what I was asking for. Love my hair ladies, until next time cheers
