Arman, is a great guy and puts the customers needs ahead of his own. He has a passion for cars and it shows. Nice clean facility and they are upfront with you. He does some very nice custom colored paint work and quality autobody repair. A family run business and the pride shows in everything they do.
I recently had the pleasure of meeting Arman through a referral in my Corvette club. My experience with Arak auto was second to none, from the moment I met Arman he was very professional, punctual courteous and took the time to address my concerns, he did not try to upsell me on anything, which is a rare commodity these days. His price was good and he completed the job on time and delivered my car back as discussed. I'm very satisfied with Arak auto and especially with Arman. I highly recommend Arak auto for all the car enthusiasts and general public. Thank you Arman and Arak auto for doing a great job and taking special care of my car. God bless you.
Purchased a 2019 jaguar f pace. After driving the vehicle for approximately 200 km the engine light came on. Left the vehicle with them for a week and no one even looked at it, apparently my mechanic said they cleared the light, nothing but a nightmare. Be very careful buying from these people.. oil leak and purge valve issues. Brakes are another story, I talked to one of the owners regarding the brakes squealing, his response “brakes squeal”. Terrible customer service, vehicles are just as a bad. Unfortunately there isn’t a negative star for this company
Make sure you check everything before getting the car out of there because they won't respond to you after sale. Bought a tesla from there and paid the service package of 600$ came to find out they didn't replace air filter. Contacted dealer about this and they just stopped responding. Beware
I bought a 2008 BMW M6 from Arak Auto in Sept 2023. My sales guy was Divan who I liked very much. He was pretty open and honest about the known failure points of this car - possibly the SMG transmission, the oil pump and of course the rod bearings. All correct. Once I put money down to purchase the vehicle we arranged a time the next weekend for me to come pick it up. He said they would perform a full service on it and have it detailed and registered. I was there the next weekend and got the car. It had been detailed and registered but I didn't know if it had been serviced and there was no fast way to tell. I was out the door for 40k including warranty and tax and I thought this was a pretty reasonable deal for the amazing machine I got. I drove it happily for a couple months and then had it serviced just before winter storage. I asked the guys to keep the oil so I could see it. It did not show anything other than tiny metal filings which was good news in terms of rod bearings but it was completely black in colour. In addition the oil cooler had a leak which I then had my guys repair and it was only a couple grand so no biggie. (If he had told me when I bought it that it had a very slow leak in the oil cooler I would still have bought it, no question.) But if the car had been serviced as Divan said then they should definitely have seen this oil cooler leak. But I reserved judgement... This year on clean oil I drove the car about 4000 kms. When I took it in for servicing prior to winter storage I again asked to see the oil and it was relatively clean. This confirmed that the car was NOT serviced prior to my getting it. I am disappointed in Divan and Arak Auto. The sad part is that at the time I did let him know that this would be the first of more nice cars I would be buying and if things worked out well, I would plan on using Arak again in the future. So here we are now and I'm looking for a used M version of the BMW X6. And because I don't trust I can't use Arak Auto. To my mind this is short sighted on their part. They may have saved $200 on an oil change but they have forfeited thousands in future sales by being dishonest. Not only will I be spending money elsewhere but I have friends who are car guys too. I would have liked very much to be able to recommend this shop but now I can't. I have waited more than a year to write this review until I was 100% sure that the evidence proved that the car was not serviced at all before I got it. I am saddened as I thought these guys were different.
I purchased an Audi SQ5 here, and within less than 200km, it had a loud ticking noise. Arak refused to look over the vehicle or even acknowledge the issue. I was told the vehicle had no engine light on and it had a great service history record, so if I had a problem, I should use the warranty I bought from them. I was told to take it to my mechanic and have them fix it. This is not the customer service experience I’m looking for when spending my hard earned money. So I had the vehicle for less than a month and I had an additional $10,573.08 to spend. Their warranty is garbage as well. It only pays up to $4000 per claim, so I had to pay over $6500 out of pocket. The original price we paid for the vehicle was market value, so now I have had to pay over $6500 above market value. On top of that, I was without a vehicle for three months because that’s how long it took the company connected with the warranty to get parts and fix the vehicle. To buy and sell cars and not be able to comprehend that there can be an internal issue without an engine light being present is beyond me. They should be doing in-depth inspections on every vehicle they sell. I am very unhappy with my experience and they will definitely not be receiving anymore business from me.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at arak auto (DIVAN) regarding Benz E300. From start to finish, the service was subpar. The sales team was uninterested in my needs, and the car I was shown was not even close to the condition described online. Seats were ripped off and the salesperson was looking for extra money to seats fixed. The paperwork process was a nightmare, with hidden fees and endless delays. Even after everything, customer service was non-existent—my calls and emails went unanswered. I would highly recommend avoiding this dealership if you value your time and money. There are far better options out there.
