Vey Bad experience. no test drive allowed. He was so rude and was not willing to share much information about car if you ask for. I have never come across to such a rude dealer. He said that you can come tomorrow because he is not in the mood of selling car today- very ridiculous. I went from Brampton just to waste my time.

Bought a 2019 corolla hatchback from Royalty Enterprises. Thank you Allen for making this a wonderful experience. Allen got the finance done in less than an hour on a very promising rate. Vehicle had some minor issues and Allen took personal interest in resolving them. Overall a very satisfying experience. Very professional and upfront guy. Absolutely will be returning for future buys. 100% recommending to friends and family.
The sales rep Al will not let you test drive a car unless there is a deal reached in pricing. Was also very agitated if we wanted to sit in the car, complaining that these cars have been detailed. I found these traits of salesmanship very unprofessional. Would never recommend if they keep up their practices like this.
Al was a wonderful person to deal with. He treated my family and I with genuine honesty and respect. The cars on the lot were all in great shape and being sold at a great price. I just bought a 2015 Jetta TDI from Ali and I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. He is the most genuine and honest car dealers I have ever met and he will tell you everything that is wrong with a car. Very honest guy I would recommend everyone to buy their cars from him, definitely leaving the dealer lot feeling very comfortable with my ride because he makes sure the car is in perfect condition before you take it home. Update February 2020 40,000 Kms of driving this car and it has been perfect. If you buy a car from these guys you will NOT be disappointed. Honest & Genuine people and no I have not been paid to leave this review I am just genuinely happy with the car I bought from Ali. Update June 2023 120,000kms of driving later and the cars still going strong. Just buy a car from here it’ll last you forever. Update November 2024 I bought the car at 90,000kms currently sitting at 278,000km and it’s still going strong. Been driving to New York every December from Toronto for the holidays and honestly haven’t done any serious maintenance.
