I left a 5-star review right after purchasing the car but I wish I hadn't. Less than four months into owning it and doing a diagnostic check, it turns out, there are many issues that weren't fixed. The hood didn't even open and so I don't know if a proper safety check was complete. They recommended a local shop but that local shop kept really minimal hours - and plus, I wanted a third party's opinion. I didn't want the same shop that didn't address the problems BEFORE I bought it to then use cheap spare parts and minimal fixes, as was discovered on the diagnostic I did later. There are multiple oil leaks as well - things that couldn't have cropped up in the last three months. I was very overcharged on this and I don't think Lord's safety checks/standards are acceptable. I'm sorry to say this as both the gentleman I dealt with were very polite and helpful, but in the end, they still gave me a bad deal.
What an amazing and caring experience !! Fawaz went over and beyond to make sure all was done right. It was my first car purchase from Lord Automobile - Oakville, and will surely not be the last. My experience taught me that there are still honest and trustworthy car dealerships that deserve all the respect. Lord Automobile is, definitely, one of them, if not the BEST. We just purchased a 2007 Ford F150 from Lord automobile limited. This is such a great find and low Km’s and in Amazing shape! At our first visit we waited 35 minutes to talk to a sales associate since nobody was there for a test drive. We loved the vehicle and made arrangements to pick up the vehicle a few days later. We drove from Kitchener area to Oakville both times. When we arrived to get the vehicle at a prearranged time it had not been washed or detailed inside. The plates were not on it as well. The salesman said he would get it prepared in just a little over an hour. We went for a coffee came back and it still had not been washed! The sales associate told us that it had rained and that’s why it looks that way. (it clearly was not washed!) also he blamed the detailing company for its appearance. so it at the end of the day we got a good deal but not happy about the cleanliness of the vehicle.
I recently bought a car from Lord Automobile, the service was excellent! The crew provided me with all the information about the car, and advice on maintenance, warranty etc. I have had the car for few weeks now, and I have nothing negative to say about the car. I am a satisfied customer.
