I recently purchased a luxury Escalade from MVL. The staff were friendly and polite. Unfortunately I was misled with some information about the specific vehicle. It was the Onyx model Escalade that I purchased and should have had all black gloss rims. I did ask the salesman about why they weren't when I visited the store to buy the truck and was told they don't always come in black. After doing some research through the VIN I was told by the dealership that this vehicle definitely had all black rims when it was purchased from the dealer. I was told by MVL that they bought the truck new from the dealer and leased it to one customer who returned it after lease. Someone switched out the all black rims that are for the Onyx package with rims from a non-Onyx package Escalade. I had to buy my own rims after being told I would not be helped with this issue. Be sure to check the specs on the vehicle you plan to purchase to be sure nothing has been swapped out.
