I bought a 2013 Volkswagen Beetle TDI 6SPD. Michael was very communicative and good for keeping me up to date with the status of the car since it unfortunately had to wait for a part to pass safety but I understand completely. I would highly recommend purchasing a used car from here. Overall experience was 10/10.
Terrible experience. We called in advance of arriving letting Mike know that we will be arriving to check out a specific vehicle. Upon arrival, there was no one there. Another customer arrived after us, we then found Mike outside at the side of the building - asked to go for a test drive on the vehicle we called and inquired about. He told us it would be an hour wait because he had to move 2 cars to get to the one we came for and he told us he had another customer - who came AFTER we did. He was very disrespectful, had no consideration for the time we spent 1) travelling to the dealership 2) waiting around before we found him and THEN 3) telling us to wait 1 hour to go on a test drive. Unbelievable to the say the least. We ended up going to another dealership on the same street who we will likely be doing business with.
I am a returning customer because of the exceptional services that I have received from the owner both before and after the purchase of a pre owned car.
Mike made my experience an amazing one. There was a few mechanical issues, with our BMW 128i, which he remedied without any fuss. Total professional, as I am sceptical about dealers. He has restored my confidence and I will be buying from him again. Highly recommend him. Good job. Thanks.?
I went and looked at a used car. Low mileage, no accident history. Car wouldn't start, battery dead. Boosted and test drove. Told them I'd come back next day for a more thorough look. Dead battery again, needed a boost. Looked at two other cars, one of them wouldn't start. Owner would only speak by phone, not interested in any price negotiations. Parking lot so jammed, no place to park even.
Mike and his staff were great to work with. We didn't end up buying from them, but they were willing to let us take the car to our mechanic to get checked out. They offered to fix anything we requested and were going to give us a very fair price on a Subaru Forester. We opted to go another route, but they were very understanding when we did.
