They gave me all the time I needed to check the car thoroughly, take my time with the inspection, and decide for myself whether it was the right fit. Their relaxed, transparent attitude made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. I really appreciated the opportunity to look at the vehicle without any sales pressure. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would gladly return when I’m looking for my next car.

Would never recommend this dealer. During a vehicle purchase for my business I approached Oakville autos about a vehicle that was later deemed not able to be insured. The staff mislead me on my purchase and refused to refund my deposit. Awful company.
We purchased a car with them. On the way home from picking it up the engine blew. We contacted them, and within an hour they offered us a full refund including tow fee, fuel, and the scan fee at the garage it was towed to, or they would put an engine in it. We chose the refund. Within a half an hour the money was back in our account. Although this was a freak situation, the way they delt with it was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Thank you to Sam and the owner for being so great to deal with.
My wife and I were looking for a used suv and went to Oakville Autos. Sam was our salesman. We told him what we were looking for and our budget. He found us a 2012 Lexus rx 350 with low kilometres. This vehicle was perfect for us and the price included certification. He made sure the brakes were replaced front and rear. Our experience was very positive and we have already recommended a friend to check out their inventory. Sam did an excellent job finding us the best vehicle at a great price.

Very careful when you are visiting here for any purchases. Recently I was here for used Toyota RAV4 and salesman shamelessly told me that RAV4 engines are good for one million kms. What a joke. He told me that if a vehicle didn't sell they will ship in to overseas. Mmm very scary.
