Azam is deceitful and a liar. On may 31st I went to visit the dealership with hopes of getting a car before my birthday. He aggressively made the decision for me to pay him $2000 upfront for my initial down payment. After finding a finance company I then payed an additional $500 to Azam. Keep in mind, communication was kept short during this whole time. June 25th I was called to pick up my car, by June 28th Azam called me to meet privately, stating that the finance company was “playing dirty and not releasing the funds” turns he was trying to force warranty on me. On June 25th when I picked up the car the car wasn’t detailed, had an empty tank and the tints they ripped off the window left residue on the windows. Despite me going to him for a private sale he then tried to put me in a different car because the first finance company put a lien on the car and myself with Azam refusing to pay for it. Unless you wanna find yourself dealing with poor business practices stay away from the people at deals on wheels. I worked very hard for the car I originally went to inquire about and I refuse to have these dealers take advantage of me. It took 3 months before all the paperwork was put through. Azam even found a way to jack up the price of the car by approximately $2000. Didn’t care to fix the things I pointed out when I originally went to look at the car (ie: tears in both the front seats, the cracked front bumper) there’s a special place in hell for you Azam. Enjoy it & I hope you stop involving your family in your bad business practices. I look forward to seeing omvic shutting down your business

I bought an Audi A4 (2016) from them in August 2021, and while I was returning from the dealership, the engine light came on. I talked to them about it, and they told me it might be due to the gas or something like that. I had my doubts, so I went to a workshop to check the problem. They told me it was the catalytic converter, which costs $2,000–$3,000. I contacted the dealership again, and they promised they would replace it, since I had a one-month return policy — basically a one-month warranty that covered issues like this. I blindly believed they would fix it, but days went by with no response. I began contacting them frequently, and they kept giving excuses. Now it has been over one year with my engine light still on. Azam only opens his mouth to lie and blame others. Please, guys, don’t go to this place — it’s a scam of a dealership. They have been posting fake reviews. I believe most of them are fake. Anyone with common sense can see that when they look at the overly positive reviews.
Friendly service, knowledgeable staff, and excellent prices. Love my car and will enjoy it for many years to come. Next one will defenderlo will be with this guys.
