I bought my truck from Golden Spears about 2 years ago. Shortly after purchasing, it had some transmission issues. I reached out to the Golden Spears guys and they got it fixed under the warranty and they covered whatever wasn’t covered by the warranty. Two years later, the trucks still running great with no unexpected issues. Would definitely buy from here again and would recommend to others.
Bought a mint 2014 from this place. Ralph was honest, and you get what you pay for. They cleaned the car, added FREE winter mats. I have put 25k on the car and no issues at all. Took to dealer and they said they have seen newer cars with more rust! Good job Ralph, thank you.
I have had the chance to do business with Laith and Ralph recently. And I must say, both are very commendable people. They explain everything very clearly. The purchase process was very smooth. I bought a 2012 Mini Cooper S Countryman ALL4 back in October 2023. I am very happy with my purchase. It is driven very low for a 10 year old car and have had no issues so far considering the age. Bought $10,000 used car, gave me fake safety certificate. I have documented proof! I trusted him to fix it. Should have called the police. In 1 year I put $11,000 in repairs. NEVER EVER trust this place. Save your money. Total scam. Sells lemons without even opening the hood. Worst purchase in my life got totally taken advantage of. I give 0 stars
Very disappointed in the salesman who assisted me. Rude and obnoxious because your car isn't up to my standards. It's my money not yours and with your lack of hospitality no wonder the dealership is empty. Telling me to buy brand new like seriously. If you dont know anything about customer service let me help you out. Its followed by maybe we can intrest you in another vehicle or ok thanks for coming.Not you being upset because you didnt get the sale. What you saw two black guys and figured we had no money. Maybe if I pulled in with my F150 and in a suit and tie I would of been treated differently. Well sorry to have waisted your time. First impression are ever lasting !!!!
